The Т-80 was developed in 1942 on the back of the T-70. It had a double turret, large gun elevation angle for firing at upper floors in urban battles, and increased power of the propulsion system. The main armament of the T-80 was a rifled semi-automatic 45 mm tank gun. Only about 80 of them were produced.
