Artesanía Latina
At the beginning, our production of wooden ship scale models was completely handmade and distributed only in a few specialised shops in Barcelona. Thanks to constant efforts and unwavering determination, our products quickly conquered the rest of Spain and most European markets.

At the beginning, our production was completely handmade and distributed only in a few specialised shops in Barcelona. Thanks to constant efforts and unwavering determination, our products quickly conquered the rest of Spain and most European markets. In 1976, Artesanía Latina presented the first model of the King of the Mississippi, which became a worldwide success and opened the doors to the United States. In 1978, we exhibited for the first time at the Nuremberg fair (the most important fair in the world). By the end of the 1970s, 80% of our production was destined for export.
