This is a plastic model assembly kit that reproduces the Honda NSR500 that appeared in the All-Japan Road Race Championship in 1986 with the color scheme of champion Keiji Kinoshita. The model precisely reproduces the water-cooled V-type 4-cylinder 2-stroke engine. Auxiliary equipment such as radiators are also precisely depicted. The unique rear suspension that adopted the Prolink mechanism is depicted using a metal coil spring.
