Description

Sevastopol was the first ship of the Gangut-class battleships, comparable to the Dreadnought class. It was 180m long at the waterline with a beam of 27m. First put into service in 1914 the battleship served under the Russian Empire. Sevastopol participed in the Kronstadt rebellion and continued after a rebuild and renaming to “Paris Commune” in the Soviet Union until 1956.
