F2 Champion Drives Tamiya

Reigning Formula Two Champion found the perfect way to relax following his busy season; driving the latest R/C truck from Tamiya.

Dean, who has been supported by the Japanese masters of all things radio control, tried out the Mann TGX tractor unit at his home following his championship winning weekend.

“These trucks are great. I love the real sound effect and lighting, it makes it feel so realistic, it even vibrates like a real truck.” He added; “I love R/C products. I have a F1 car and Nissan GTR from Tamiya, as well as an amazing helicopter.”

Although Dean is used to racing at high speed, he found the more sedate R/C truck the ideal way to unwind and prepare for the coming weeks which includes the much anticipated F1 test with Williamsf1.
